About
With the serious financial situation facing library budgets and the possibility that one or more of the major academic publishers will not be willing to provide affordable agreements for access to their content post-2025, this event will be a chance for participants to hear from two institutions (University of York and University of Hull) with experience of preparing to provide alternate 'read' options to replace previously-subscribed publisher content. You will also hear briefly about the work that Jisc have done and are doing to help the sector to build read and publish resilience. There will be an opportunity to ask questions as well as to connect with colleagues, share your experience or discuss potential collaborative efforts.
