Jisc and Chest negotiate with publishers and vendors at a national level to license and procure affordable digital content and software for research, learning, teaching and assessment, as well as enterprise systems, with favourable terms for the sector.

We help you to purchase your digital subscriptions to support your needs in research, learning, teaching and assessment, and enterprise systems via our licence subscriptions manager and Chest services. Our transnational education licensing service offers a simple, efficient way to license resources to students based abroad
