As a relationship manager, I am a trusted adviser to Scottish HE institutions, building strong partnerships with strategic contacts from each department to align Jisc’s digital and infrastructural solutions with member goals, thus ensuring smooth service delivery, fostering innovation, and providing expert guidance to enhance digital transformation and student satisfaction.
Background
I started my career as an account manager at one of the leading VARs in the UK. I was responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to aftercare. I worked closely with contacts from within Europe to deliver technical solutions in software, hardware, data, security and accreditation.
