Role
My role at Jisc is to support our external relationships, alongside raising Jisc's profile with policymakers and key stakeholders in government and the tertiary sectors. I support our senior leaders with insights on policy directives, government announcements and positioning in key policy areas related to Jisc, the tertiary sector and digital within education and adjacent sectors.
Background
Before I was at Jisc, I served as vice president (Higher Education) at the National Union of Students and was on the boards of the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, and the Office of the Independent Adjudicator. I also have been involved in supporting university academic and corporate governance with AdvanceHE, giving institutions key insights and recommendations to support their sustainability and provisions for staff and students.
