Role
As head of education sales, I have responsibility for the overall revenue delivery of the education advertising services team.
I joined Prospects twelve years ago and have gained a wealth of experience of working within the higher education sector. I began my career within the university account management team working directly with our higher education clients progressing to now leading and developing a successful account management team.
My role is to recruit, coach and mentor the sales team to achieve customer and revenue objectives in line with the company profit objective. The team and I are regularly representing the company across campuses worldwide both face to face and via technology as well as at key education events to showcase our knowledge and expertise around the sector.
Background
Prior to my role at Prospects, I was lucky enough to travel to the world whilst working for an airline. I gained life skills, experience and friends that helped form the person I am today.
My adventure continued into the world of media and recruitment with a quick stop to complete my CIM qualifications in marketing.
