Role
As a senior business development manager, I am responsible for developing and managing customer relationships with independent education (schools, HE and FE) and multi-academy trusts, enabling wider education providers to benefit from all that Jisc has to offer including our world-class network for education, cyber security, cloud, professional services and advice and guidance.
Background
I have spent the last 25 years supporting and developing strong working relationships with customers of all levels, as a customer service manager, regional relationship manager and, more recently, supporting Jisc members as their relationship manager too. I have a real understanding of the sector and the needs of our members and customers.
I get a real 'buzz' from helping and assisting others and enjoy seeing things develop and progress.
