James Clay
James Clay is ALT’s Learning Technologist of the Year 2009 for his contribution to changing Gloucestershire College, which has become a leader and an exemplar in its use of learning technologies. He is and has been passionate about the use of learning technologies to enhance and enrich the learning experience since 1991.
The focus of his presentation is that change is constant, we’ve always had change and that dealing with change is more of a cultural issue than a technical one. Change can be an opportunity and can be exciting, as well as being challenging and daunting for some.
