Making blended learning work in FE & Skills
Dave Foord will unpick what blended learning is, the different forms that it can take, including the advantages/disadvantages and pitfalls to avoid - and how an organisation can strategically go about moving towards this model of working.
This is an example of a 'Choice' being used to create a poll to stimulate discussion. In a teaching situation this can be a very useful topic opener - and can also be repeated at the end of the topic to see if there has been a change of opinion.
Here I am asking you to identify your current opinion on blended learning, and the impact of the FELTAG changes on the decision making process around this.
This is an example of using the glossary tool within Moodle. You can set this so that teachers or students can add entries, and can be used to build up a list of definitions of terms used in the course.
